Faisal Margalla City NOC

Faisal Margalla City has received its No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), confirming its approval as a legal housing project. The society covers a land area of approximately 3,671.41 kanals. The official approval was granted on February 19, 2019, under the reference RDA/MP&TE/F-PHS-TAX-07/145.

Later in June 2019, the project also obtained the Letter of Permission (LOP) from RDA. The approval and registration details of Faisal Margalla City can be verified through the official platforms of RDA and PHATA.
